Would it be possible to modify this to automatically block posts that have more downvotes than upvotes?

Basically the title. I think that automatically hiding posts that have more down- that upvotes would go a long way to removing bs propaganda and all that. Maybe add an option for some leeway if the user likes. Say 10% more downvotes than updates, or 20% o 50% or whatever.

Also if possible please add a icon in the adblock as it seems quite awkward without any icon in browser bar and got misused with extension manager. Like in the image one is extension manager by firefox and another one is your addon without any icon
