Command for updating project.pbxproj file

Hi, I have Flutter application that uses flavorizr. If I run flutter pub run flutter_flavorizr, it generates everything needed in order fot flavors to work correctly. However, I would like to update only ios file project.pbxproj. Although I have found many customizations of this command in Flavorizr documentation, I have not found the one that would update this file only. Can somebody help? Generating everything and reverting all the changes except project.pbxproj is time consuming. Thank you very much for you help.
