It had conceded early in Portugal and almost did so again in Turin as Taremis header bounced off the bar in the sixth minute after Bianconeri defender Leonardo Bonucci had blocked Zaidu Sanusi’s effort.\r\n\r\nTaremi was also involved in Portos goal as he won the penalty when he was fouled by Merih Demiral and Sergio Oliveira converted into the bottom left corner.\r\n\r\nJuventus appeared transformed after the break and drew level four minutes into the second half as Ronaldo controlled a Bonucci ball over the top and knocked it on for Chiesa to curl into the top right corner.\r\n\r\nJuve’s hopes of turning the tie around grew further five minutes later when Taremi was sent off after he kicked a ball away and received a second yellow card moments after his first booking.\r\n\r\nChiesa hit the post before completing the comeback when he headed a Juan Cuadrado cross into the top left corner in the 63rd minute.\r\n\r\nJuventus almost won it in stoppage time as Alvaro Morata had a goal disallowed for offside before Cuadrado fired an effort off the bar.\r\n\r\nThe Bianconeri were made to regret those wasted opportunities as Sergio Oliveira’s free-kick went under the wall and into the bottom left corner five minutes from the end of extra time.\r\n\r\nRabiot was partly at fault although he came close to atoning for his error by heading in a corner two minutes later.', '2021-03-21', 1, 0),

It has been described as a double mutant virus variant. A total of 711 variants of concerns detected in India. COVID-19 cases have surged in India over the past few weeks. he Central government on Wednesday said that a new double mutant variant of SARS-CoV-2 or coronavirus has been found in India.\r\nIn a press note, the Centre said that a total of 771 COVID-19 variants of concerns (VOCs) have been detected in the country so far, in a total of 10,787 positive samples shared by states and union territories.\r\n\r\n“These include 736 samples positive for viruses of the UK (B.1.1.7) lineage. 34 samples were found positive for viruses of the South African (B.1.351) lineage. 1 sample was found positive for viruses of the Brazilian (P.1) lineage. The samples with these VOCs have been identified in 18 states of the country,” the press release stated.\r\n\r\nThe VOCs and a novel variant of coronavirus were detected in the country as part of genome sequencing efforts by the Indian SARS-CoV-2 Consortium on Genomics (INSACOG).\r\n\r\nThe government said genomic variants of various viruses are a natural phenomenon and are found in almost all countries across the world.\r\n\r\nThe samples which were used for genome sequencing and analysis were taken from inbound international travellers, contacts of those positive for VOCs and community samples from across the country.\r\n\r\n“The analysis of samples from Maharashtra has revealed that compared to December 2020, there has been an increase in the fraction of samples with the E484Q and L452R mutations. Such mutations confer immune escape and increased infectivity. These mutations have been found in about 15-20 per cent of samples and do not match any previously catalogued VOCs. These have been categorized as VOCs but require the same epidemiological and public health response of ‘increased testing, comprehensive tracking of close contacts, prompt isolation of positive cases and contacts as well as treatment as per National Treatment Protocol’ by the states/UTs,” the government said.\r\n\r\n“From Kerala, 2,032 samples (from all 14 districts) have been sequenced. The N440K variant that is associated with immune escape has been found in 123 samples from 11 districts. This variant was earlier found in 33 per cent of samples from Andhra Pradesh, and in 53 of 104 samples from Telangana. This variant has also been reported from 16 other countries including the UK, Denmark, Singapore, Japan and Australia. As of now these can be at best said to be variant under investigation,” the release added.\r\n\r\nThe government said the new double mutant variant detected in the country has so far not been found in numbers sufficient enough to establish a link with the surge in COVID-19 cases in several states.', '2021-03-24', 1, 0),

There was the Atkins diet, the Mediterranean diet, the Ketogenic diet, the Vegan diet, the Raw food diet, the Doctor Dikshit Diet, the Intermittent Fasting diet and oh so many diets. \r\n\r\nThere are literally thousands of diet types and plans. Some people \'diet\' to lose weight, while others for gaining weight, lowering cholesterol, for detox, to live a long and healthful life, and many other reasons.\r\n\r\nA diet is a fixed plan of eating and drinking where the type and amount of food are planned out with a purpose.\r\n\r\nThe DASH diet is very popular at the moment. DASH stands for \"Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension\". According to the American National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute - the NIH-supported DASH diet has topped the rankings for “heart-healthy” and “healthy eating”. And since it emphasizes eating whole foods that are naturally low in unhealthy fats and added sugars, as well as moderate portions, it may also lead to weight loss.\r\n\r\nAccording to the Harvard TH Chan School of Medicine, DASH was first introduced at a meeting of the American Heart Association in 1996 and later published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 1997. \r\nThe DASH Discovery through a study:\r\n\r\nThe DASH trial randomly assigned 456 people to different diets to test the effects of dietary patterns on lowering blood pressure. The authors surmised that eating a diet with many different foods with blood-pressure-lowering nutrients would show a greater effect on blood pressure than eating single nutrients, such as found in supplements or in a limited diet. \r\nThree diets were tested: \r\n\r\n A control diet, or a standard American diet, \r\n A fruits and vegetable diet, similar to the control diet but providing more fruits and vegetables and fewer snacks and sweets, and \r\n A combination diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, and low-fat dairy foods with reduced amounts of saturated fat, total fat, and cholesterol. \r\n\r\nThe last two diets were richer in nutrients associated with lower blood pressure, such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, fiber, and protein. All three diets provided about 3000 mg sodium, which is more than the recommended amount from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans but less than the average sodium intake for Americans.\r\n\r\nDespite no weight changes, the combination diet reduced hypertension more than the other two diets. Those with hypertension showed greater decreases in blood pressure than those without hypertension. The reduction of blood pressure in the DASH combination diet was comparable to that of people on medication for stage 1 hypertension.\r\n\r\nThe results of this landmark study contributed much of the scientific basis for the Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2010 and later editions. This diet is now widely acclaimed as a flexible and balanced eating plan that helps create a heart-healthy eating style for life.', '2021-03-25', 0, 1),

The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle-C51 (PSLV-C51) blasted off from the first launch pad at 10.24 a.m. laden with 19 satellites including Amazonia-1.\r\n\r\nAt 10.24 a.m. the 44.4 metre tall PSLV-C51 rocket blasted off from the first launch pad here laden with 19 satellites-foreign and Indian- and slowly rose-up towards the skies with thick orange flame at its tail.\r\n\r\nThe rocket slowly gained speed as it went up while emitting a rolling thunder sound. Seventeen minutes into its flight the rocket slung its primary passenger the Brazilian satellite Amazonia-1 - the first of the 19 satellites- into its intended Sun Synchronous Orbit.\r\n\r\nAmazonia-1 is the optical earth observation satellite of National Institute for Space Research (INPE). This satellite would further strengthen the existing structure by providing remote sensing data to users for monitoring deforestation in the Amazon region and analysis of diversified agriculture across the Brazilian territory, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) said.\r\n\r\nWith this India has slung 329 foreign satellites till date. If all goes well, then India will end the mission orbiting a total of 342 foreign satellites, all for a fee.\r\n\r\nIndia\'s first space mission for 2021 is one of the longest for a PSLV rocket is expected to conclude 1 hour, 55 minutes and 7 seconds into its flight. The rocketing is a fully commercial one of NewSpace India Ltd (NSIL).\r\n\r\nThe 18 co-passenger satellites include four from IN-SPACe (three UNITYsats from consortium of three Indian academic institutes (Jeppiaar Institute of Technology, Sriperumbudur, G.H.Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur and Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore), one Satish Dhawan Sat from Space Kidz India) with an engraved picture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well as Bhagavad Gita in a flash.\r\n\r\nThe remaining 14 satellites are Sindhu Netra, an Indian technology demonstration satellite from Defence Research Development Organisation\'s (DRDO) research centre Imarat, Hyderabad to identify suspicious ships and 13 satellites from the USA viz., SAI-1 NanoConnect-2, a technology demonstration satellite and 12 SpaceBees satellites for two-way satellite communications and data relay.\r\n\r\nFor the third time ISRO is using the PSLV rocket\'s DL variant that will have two strap-on booster motors.\r\n\r\nIn normal configuration the PSLV is a four stage/engine expendable rocket powered by solid and liquid fuels alternatively. Six booster motors will also be strapped on to the first stage to give higher thrust during the initial flight moments.\r\n\r\nBut the PSLV rocket that flew on Sunday was the DL variant having only two strap-booster motors. This rocket variant was used the first time to put the Microsat R satellite into orbit on January 24, 2019. The Indian space agency has PSLV variants with two and four strap-on motors, larger PSLV-XL and the Core Alone variant without any strap-on motors. The choice of the rocket to be used for a mission depends on the weight of the satellite and the orbit where the satellite has to be orbited. Be that as it may, the PSLV-C51 mission is one of longest ones.\r\n\r\nAs per its flight plan, the rocket will put the 19 satellites into Sun Synchronous Orbit over a duration of 1 hour, 55 minutes and 7 seconds. During its flight, the rocket\'s fourth stage engine will be cut off and restarted a couple of times, the first one will be at 16 minutes into its flight. Just over one hour into its flight the rocket\'s engine will be restarted for about nine seconds before it is shut down again.\r\n\r\nAfter 1 hour, 49 minutes and 52 seconds the rocket\'s engine will be reignited for eight seconds after which the 18 piggy back satellites will be put into orbit.', '2021-03-25', 0, 1),

Today proved once again that with the power of science and American ingenuity, nothing is beyond the realm of possibility,\" US President Joe Biden tweeted.\r\n\r\nThe six-wheeled vehicle will now spend at least the next two years drilling into the local rocks, looking for evidence of past life.\r\n\r\nJezero is thought to have held giant lake billions of years ago. And where there\'s been water, there\'s the possibility there might also have been life.\r\n\r\nThe signal alerting controllers that Perseverance was down and safely arrived at 20:55 GMT. In the past, they might have hugged and high-fived but strict coronavirus protocols meant they had all been separated by Perspex screens. A respectful fist bump was about all they could manage.\r\n\r\nNonetheless, the excitement was evident. And the applause continued when the first two images came in. They were taken by low-resolution engineering cameras. There was dust covering the still-attached translucent lens covers, but it was possible to see a flat surface both in front and behind the rover.\r\n\r\nPost-landing analysis indicated the vehicle had come down about 2 km to the southeast of the delta feature in Jezero that Perseverance plans to investigate.\r\n\r\n\"We are in a nice flat spot. The support handle of Twitter had tweeted saying, “Sharing an article can spark conversation, so you may want to read it before you Tweet it. To help promote informed discussion, we\'re testing a new prompt on Android ― when you Retweet an article that you haven\'t opened on Twitter, we may ask if you\'d like to open it first.” This prompt would ask a user to be sure if they would wish to share the article before reading it on the platform. Now, after three months of rollout, Twitter has a response to the prompt and according to the firm, it has significantly contributed to the rate of retweets. The official Communications team of the micro-blogging site shared a tweet on Friday, saying, “We shouldn\'t have to say this, but you should read an article before you Tweet it”. In a series of tweets, the team said how people were opening articles 40 per cent more often now after the prompts have been introduced. Twitter users were opening articles before ‘RT’ing first. This has increased by 33 per cent. They said that some people ended up not sharing the tweet also after opening the article. Twitter did not stop by sharing the success rate of the feature. Now, the social media platform is also rolling out an enhanced version of the prompt to a wider range of users. Earlier, the feature was rolled out to mostly Android Twitter users. But now, it seems users globally are going to see this prompt before sharing any link. Moreover, this feature is becoming more compact now, so as to not inconvenience users. It will become smaller after users have seen it once. It can be expected that users share certain articles only after knowing all the facts on the topic or based upon what is written in a certain article. This can stop the trend of people sharing news on the basis of summary or headline-based assumption. ', '2021-04-03', 1, 1),

They point out a range of desirable traits and attitudes needed in any recruit.\r\n\r\nIt is a given fact that apart from the necessary subject qualifications and content knowledge a teacher needs to be able to teach students in an innovative manner to keep student engagement and involvement high along with the use of technology for teaching and assessments.\r\n\r\nGiven that the expectations from a teacher to innovate and incorporate 21st-century skills in the classrooms are increasingly becoming more demanding, what is that a young aspiring teacher or a student at the graduate education school should equip oneself with?\r\n\r\nI would like to give some pointers of expectations from a teacher, the list is surely not exhaustive but will outline the expectations of a teacher. The pointers mentioned here are in no particular order, as all of them are prerequisites in any international schoolteacher.\r\n\r\nSkills needed to become an international school teacher\r\n\r\n1. Pedagogical skills: Teachers should be able to develop tasks that are intellectually meaningful that ensure that all students can understand, participate and collaborate in a class.\r\n\r\nThe array of pedagogical skills should include the right selection of teaching methods, presentation skills, questioning skills along with the aid of technology for both effective teaching and assessments\r\n\r\n2. Reflective skills: The ability to critically reflect on their own practices and improve from them, purposeful inquiry about ways to teach will shape their ways towards the teaching-learning process\r\n\r\nApart from these are a range of skills like Interpersonal skills, collaborative skills, personal skills, management skills', '2021-04-26', 0, 1),
(38, 3, 3, 'Why it is important to have white onions in summer, explains top nutritionist', 'article-3-1619459471.webp', '#1 Eat white onion to stay cool during summer\r\n\r\nAs summer is here, it is important to make necessary changes in our daily diet, so that our body is at ease and can accommodate the climatic changes. And in this weather, we are always asked to eat more of regular red onion, as it helps keep heat stroke away. But, do you know that there is a variety called White Onion too. Well, this was recently highlighted by celebrity nutritionist and author Rujuta Diwekar in her Facebook live session, where she was talking about the health benefits of white onion, how to use it and why it is important to go back to such local Indian food items. Scroll below to know everything about it.\r\n\r\n#2 Health benefits of white onion\r\n\r\nIn her Facebook live, Rujuta duly mentioned that white onion is highly effective in controlling evening bloating, night sweats, and is also good for gut bacteria diversity, as it works as a prebiotic and has resistant starch which is good for your stomach and gut health.\r\n\r\n#3 How to add white onion to your daily diet?\r\n\r\nWhile you can always use it in the form of salad with sugarcane vinegar to keep heat at ease, Rujuta suggested eating it raw with Millet Bhakri or you can also use it while cooking Moong Daal Khichri, as it will help control evening bloating and night sweating. You can also use it for making a popular Maharashtrian dish called White Onion Koshimbir, which is again full of nutrients. \r\n\r\n#4 What’s more?\r\n\r\nAccording to Rujuta, the idea behind going back to diverse food culture is to protect soil health, protect cuisine diversity, and also protect your health in the most natural, sensible, and inexpensive way.
