i would like to remove the appointment section from the main page as there is already a page for it

@varshith257 hi i am working on the making the appointment page responsive and add the navbar and footer to it after i am done with that i will fix this

@varshith257 as working on both of them is causing lot of new issues in the code and taking some time to solve
