Addition of terms and conditions and privacy policy hyperlink to the sign up and sign in page will lead to the betterment and enhancement of the page.

Use Case

Before sign-up,it is essential and beneficical for user to know about terms and conditions and privacy policy of the health care organization. @varshith257 please assign this issue to me.
