Adding Functionality to Make an Appointment

Hi, I would like to add functionality to create a separate page to make an appointment for every doctor. I would like to design the forms for that . And store the information.
I would like to work on this for GSSOC.

hey @Anishkagupta04 we can create an appointment form like this and handle form submission using server side scripting(php)
and modify HTML form to submit data to the PHP script

I think no need to use a PHP script. Soon we are adding backend support with nodeJS. You can just create a form for client
