Feature Description

I have updated the navbar from a simple static to now a new sticky/fixed navbar and also updated the cards of the service section in which now the cards width and height is consistent and now the container is scrollable

Use Case

The Navbar fixed problem is solved that helps the user of the website to navigate to any part of the website easily without scrolling to top to get the navbar . Now it will be hanged on the top of the website

Also in the service section we can now add multiple cards and they will be scrollable so it is device friendly
