🐞[Bug]: Navbar on the news page is not responsive and not aligned properly.

Describe the bug

The navbar of the news page is not responsive and is also not properly aligned on the screen.

Expected behavior

Assign this task to me and I can make this navbar completely responsive by adding a hamburger icon which on click displays the navbar and has toggle effect.
