🐞[Bug]: Fixing links in footer of customer_agreement.html

Describe the bug

the home button in the footer of customer_agreement.html is broken, I would like to fix that, and I'll add header to the customer_agreement.html page

Please assign this issue to me I'll fix this issue as soon as possible

Expected behavior

when clicked home link in the footer it should redirect to the home page. I'll add the header in the customer_agreement.html
