SuperRadio and MAN SD84 (and similar)

You can use SuperRadio in compatibility mode.
You don't have volume control or the ability to select channels other than just one.

After installing SuperRadio, remove the internet radio address from OMSI settings.
Set the address to the audio stream and the sound volume in the plugins/SuperRadio.opl file.
