We are in the process of publishing box.linters to CRAN. We would appreciate it if you would take a look at the linters we have for box. If you have any comments and suggestions, please do not hesitate to tell us about them.

Thanks for reaching out to me! I will try to have a look. However, unfortunately the timing is pretty dicey for me since I currently have guests and will be travelling without computer access immediately afterwards, until the third week of June. Therefore please don’t delay the CRAN submission to wait for my feedback.
