[ SVG EXPORT ] Make really valid SVG #20

To directly use SVG in browsers we need to add these attributes:

[<svg ..] xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" [... >]
Add viewbox [<svg ... ] viewBox="-469.104 -524.374 938.2090000000001 1048.748" [...>]
Remove xmlns from path (BUG)
