unreadable on Window's concept of "green", so I swiped the RGB values from Linux
some of these MAV_TYPEs are not known in older bindings, e.g. MAV_TYPE_BATTERY. Avoid fatal errors here when we're working with older bindings

Tested and working on Windows here, Michelle tested an earlier version which didn't update the status indicators. |
