Refactor and Docs

Leaving myself a note to basically refactor the entire codebase into something less eyesore and easier to read.

I also need to fix the potential memory leak regarding the improper sharing of capture frames from OCV across the GAN, RPPGa, and NED.

Side note to also redocument the code and create a wiki and build/use guide for standalone parts and to continue writing the test files for quick testing and benchmarks.

• Change NED emotion check to a kv-pair vector function
• Drop Whisper support until post-refactor; shift to miniaudio
• Move to Logistic and R² Regression
• Possibly fully implement Decision Trees?
• Rebuild architecture to be modular and/or standalone
