Forms -> select option by option "text content" and not option number.

It seems like the current forms block allow me to select an option from a dropdown menu in a simple way. HOwever, I'm concerned that the site developer might introduce new options in the future, so I think a static "3" as in third position in the menu might not be good enough verification for my case.

Is there a way/possibility to develop, a function that picks up the option text and applies a condition on it?
