SIMOD configuration not registering changes

Changing the SIMOD configuration (e.g., enabling "Use Observed Arrival Distribution" or changing the Resource Model's Calendar Type) before running it has no effect in the result.

Not sure if it is because it is not saved properly, or because the name of the parameters are wrong, and then SIMOD take the default ones.
