Stable release of AxxSolder v2.1.1

Changes from previous release (AxxSolder v2.1.0):

• Update silkscreen to "Input 9-24 V" from "Input 9-28V". The reason for this is that the TVS diode on VDD has a working voltage of 24 V and breakdown voltage of 26.7 V.
• Update 3D image to new PCB.
• Update README.md to reflect max voltage of 24 V.
• Small optimizations in PCB layout.
