Count the word frequency of the input txt file. Ignore punctuation and switch capital letters to lower case ones. 统计输入的txt文件中各个英语词的词频，会忽略标点符号，会自动把大写转小写。使用字典树的方法。 input为测试文件，output为结果输出文件，可以统计百万词级别的txt
