I've always been somewhat puzzled by the existence of liquid death, as it seemed relatively useless except as a crafting ingredient, which, only appears in a few recipes. While being able to dissolve mobs for essentia is useful, much the same can be done automatically by farming mods and feeding their drops into essentia smelters.
I feel like something that might make Liquid death more functional would be to adjust it's temperature outside of the normal range. While thaumcraft itself does not use a temperature mechanic much (though it always could in the future) There are enough mods that have great uses for extremely hot or cold liquids, that I feel it might be a good way to give Liquid death some utility and cross-mod compatibility with little to no changes in its normal mechanic. Just a thought
