Cast-ready indication for caster's gauntlet

Right now caster's gauntlet does not have any indication it is ready to fire, which is bit of problem because some spells takes a while to reload. I was thinking maybe spell focus attached to gauntlet turns completely black and goes back to its original color over time of cooldown, that would serve as nice visualization of focus charging power and getting ready to fire. Or anything else that would clearly say gauntlet is ready to fire again
