How to change the language on the server?

Here we need the Russian language on the server. In a single player game, everything is OK, and the mod is displayed in Russian. But as soon as we installed this mod on the server, it began to show English text. And this is not cool :( Is there a way to fix this?

Found a solution in Chinese MCBBS.

1. Using any compress tool(such as BetterZip on macOS) open the mods/thaumcraft.jar.
2. Override the assets/thaumcraft/lang/en_us.lang with your language file.
3. Save it and restart the server.
