Minimal steps to reproduce

I have successfully deployed the system into Azure as a container app with security. When I add documents, I get poor answers to my queries. Any guidance on how to improve the ability to answer questions is appreciated. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where to start improving the performance of the model.

I am currently creating a list of questions and answers that I expect can be answered by the .pdf files uploaded.

Any log messages given by the failure

No failures noted -- all documents ingested properly after accounting for throttling on api's.
