ISSUE

The views for the primary data are not created.(-> Set-returning functions are not allowed in CASE when using Postgres 10 or higher)

Solution

BEXIS2 works with the Postgres version up to 9.6. Newer versions cause errors when creating views that the system needs for the primary data.

Reason

Change the implementation of set-returning functions appearing in a query's SELECT list (Andres Freund)" in the release notes: postgresql.org/docs/current/static/release-10.html (5th bullet point in the section "Migration to Version 10")
