This PR implements the database functionality into the server.
The server implements 4 endpoints, all of which are described in the README.md file.
I do not know what know what else to say besides, manual tests have been done and everything seems to be in working order.
We have some TODO's which are nonessential to the functionality of the server, such as syncing the offline json file with the database and implementing an actual testing framework.
