Code like this

define private static var partId AS CHAR INIT ?.  
define public static var intStartRowid AS INT64.
define static var currRowid AS CHAR.

could get formatted into:

define private static var partId        AS CHAR  INIT ?.  
define public  static var intStartRowid AS INT64.
define         static var currRowid     AS CHAR .
