Install on laptops with 3 users

Hi, what is the suggested way of installing on a laptop with 3 users?
It's going to be always be controlled the same user, however it should start if another user logins first.
We are a family of 3 sharing the laptop, so I would login, somebody else would login later, I would logout etc.
