Events missing compared to frigate #99

There are some events in frigate which are missing in fevr.

There are 2 possible reasons:

fEVR believed it was a false positive (less likely)
fEVR for some reason did not "hear" the mqtt announcement.

I need to convert the fetch process to be asynchronous. Right now it is blocking so if it takes too long, it may miss an event.

At the moment, I'm working on integrating tailwind css, reworking configuration, and then will be focusing on the API.
