Auto recall reminder omitted during combat

The code that announces how much time is left before auto recall is not being executed during combat, despite combat not having any extending functionality in that case (unless you're literally about to be recalled right now).

Currently working on fixing it. Just making the report in case I fall mentally off a cliff.
