IDE: if file is loaded while dialog is active, focus goes to editor instead

reproduce:
At load, open the dialog for new project before the current project is loaded. Start typing in the box for new project name. When the current project's file eventually opens, if you keep typing that will write on the editor, even though the dialog is still there.
