Update user schema to include a list of Symbols
server - Include a list of Symbols in all Auth Responses, add a route to add and remove the symbols and generally update user details
Client. when logged in and on the symbolSearch route, call GetQuote for each of the user saved symbols, on any new search, provide the option to save the given symbol.
