To get what current version of this tool support, use --help to get the following information:

PDFOrganizer: v1.0.0.0

Application support these commands:

    merge        |  Merge the PDF files in source directory
    split        |  Split the source PDF file per page
    split-block  |  Split the DPF file to blocks by setting
