Be able to edit specimen records directly from the occurrence table view

In our Symbiota Support Group meeting on Monday, December 6th, Sarah Chamberlain inquired about being able to edit specimen records from the table view rather than having to open up the occurrence editor for each specimen she'd like to edit.

This could go hand-in-hand with a general revamp of the table view. We've also received feedback about people wanting to be able to sort the table view by a column, like you can do with a spreadsheet.
