Implementing a Symbiota -> Specify flow

I'm interested to know if there are any institutions or collections out there that have successfully implemented a Symbiota -> Specify automated data pipeline. The system would mirror create, update, and delete changes from a live-managed Symbiota collection into a Specify collection. Doesn't have to be real-time, but should have the ability to process the mirroring at any interval (weekly, etc).

If anyone has even tried a bit, and has advice or lessons learned from what they have done, I would be all ears. Looking to get an overview of the current landscape before embarking on any work.
