Progress bar dialog for saving and opening files. SAM tool and saving OME with multiple channels bug fix. Updated Bio-Formats to 8.0.0. Navigation improvements for whole slide images with zoom towards middle of the viewport. ROI support for pyramidal images. Fixed magic wand select and rectangular selections tools. Updated Vips library so that it now works on windows with GTKSharp.
