Population in the Census Data

We noticed that there is a difference in the downloaded Census files (c21_a18_e20_s2_ward.csv & C21_a86_e20_ward.csv) in terms of the denominator especially when grouped it by the same variables (aggregations, ONS Group, FiscalYear). This may cause slight differences in the denominator value when calculating crude rates and standardised rates.
