Hello,

I use this bundle and I cannot generate the sitemap as indicated in the documentation.

I notice that the src/Resources/config/services/sitemap_provider.yml and src/SitemapProvider/PageUrlProvider.php files have been deleted in the latest versions in commit OP-164 - adds missing specs, adds specs styling .

Is this normal?
