Add a setting for the main Models Folder location, if it's not in the default A1111 hierarchy/drive.

I have my "Models folder" hierarchy outside of the default Automatic1111 install location. This allows me to centrally store all models, instead of multiple instances of each model for Auto1111, Comfy, and Invoke. Can you add a setting for selecting the main Models folder location?
