Even when "Overwrite any existing files. (previews, HTMLs, tags, descriptions)" isn't checked, it download all of the tags even when there's were downloaded anyways.
When the (previews, HTMLs, tags, descriptions)" isn't checked, can it just only update changed tags of loras and download tags for lora that have no .json.
