I have a question which is concerned with the limitations as to what can be done with the data derived from StarCraft II replays.

This repository: https://github.com/Blizzard/s2client-proto
Contains explicit AI and Machine Learning License

My use specifically is meant for scientific purposes and pre-processed data publication without violating the IP rights to the game contents.

There are multiple StarCraft II research publications and applications that were created over the years.
For example Video Game Telemetry as a Critical Tool in the Study of Complex Skill Learning which was based on the following published dataset SkillCraft1 Master Table Dataset

In my case I use Golang based parser which is included in the README of this repository.
If anyone does have some insights on this I would appreciate it.
