I have an arcade IPL resource on the FiveM forums. You're free to use it. Only issue I found was one of the entitysets spawns two extra machines in the same location, causing a flickering. I had to delete them from the entityset which means I have to stream the modified ytyp file.

i will add that on first free time i have for casino heist dlc that have arcade on it too
