Make a draft panel,

  • Show the 3 options at the top
  • dropdown to select optin to print whole project in that case hide/disable book-chapters selector
  • option to print whole book - show project book selector in that case
  • optin to print few chapters - show project book-chapter selector in that case
  • on selecting a book/chapter show a preview in the panel below
  • on clicking print print , open up a print dialog with the selected draft text ( this should be done by the print component)
