Audio Clip..

This class doesnt have methods to set an audio clip parameters at all. Is that by intention? Its a bit inconveneitn when you are try to reduce bit rate as it can be done only through the constructor ( a bit of an issue in the BitDepth assignment.

I added this method, but needed to see if there were design issues regardingthis. Certainly you dont want users to change the bit depth of an input clip andmess up the clip. But that would be on the user, though.
