Customizable Themes

A config.toml entry would be added where the user would enter hex codes that represent True color values, then bubble tea would automatically pick the closest representation of the color if the temrinal being used does not support true color

By default, it will use the default bubble tea theme, but if the program detects a custom theme in the config file then it will change the bubbletea Active Style and Base Style in the program, along with the progress bar style.
