Issue with Licensed Users Limit When Setting Up a New Budibase Server

Hello everyone,

I had an old server, and now I’m creating a new one, but I’m encountering this issue.

I reached the step of creating a new admin by following this: #2142.

Now Budibase is asking me to add an admin, but when I try to do so, I get the following message: "Licensed Users of 20 has been exceeded."
It seems that we are now limited to 20 users! I had deleted all the users as indicated in the discussion above, but nothing changes.
