A way to handle tables that have no natural "display name"

I created an "Interactions" table, meant to be interactions for a specific "Contact". Its columns were

• Date
• Notes
• Type (Options of "Email", "Phone", "Video")

When choosing the display name column - nothing really fitted.

The way we would do this in Airtable would be to make the display name a Formula field, that looks something like
<type> | <date> e.g. Email | 2020.12.17
