Expand Audit logs to include more information on users

Describe the feature request
As a user, I want to track app usage details, including which apps users are accessing, how long they spend on those apps, what screens they view, and the duration spent on those screens/apps.

This visibility would allow me to identify underused apps/screens.

Audit logs provide data on user logins, it focuses more on builder-type user actions. They don't track app usage from an app user perspective.
