Celery is configured to Redis instead of rabbitMQ #2

Due to unexpected connection time outs with RabbitMQ on Ronin I made a move to Redis for the circumat.

After several trials and even updating RabbitMQ it still results in the same type of connection time out error. Hence the workaround with Redis.
