Por alguna razón, al menos sobre Linux Mint, para correr el API por CLI, es necesario que la dirección en los settings de en donde se encuentra la carpeta api, debe ser una dirección absoluta. Caso contrario, no encuentra el boot.php

Warning: include_once(../api/core/boot.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

En windows pasa igual.

Cuando se ejecuta php -f path/al/api,php
