Simulation consumed time

Hi Hantao,

In a loop structure to run TDS, I found that the consumed time is linearly increased as shown below:

Is it possible to keep a relatively constant speed?

After further investigation, I added a parameter setting ss.TDS.config.limit_store = 1 and then the consumed time is relatively constant as shown below:

Yeah, the extra time is for memory operation. When appending results TDS.ts's storage, memory copy happens. When data grows, memory copy time gets longer.
