Describe the bug | 问题描述
固定在底部菜单栏的文件夹弹出窗口内部滑动方向，滑动方向是反的（与触控板方向一致）。
To Reproduce | 如何重现
将文件夹固定在底部菜单栏，并且文件夹内部有大量文件使得可以滑动
Expected behavior | 期望结果
与windows鼠标方向一致
